Strict Prohibition of CSAE: "悦遇" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") has a zero-tolerance policy towards Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
禁止內容：嚴禁上傳、分享或索取任何形式的兒童性虐待內容 (CSAM)、引誘未成年人或進行性勒索。
Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors, including grooming, sexual extortion, and the distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
舉報與處理：一旦發現此類內容，我們將立即封鎖帳號，保留證據，並依法向 NCMEC 及當地執法機構舉報。
Reporting & Action: If we identify any CSAE content, we will immediately suspend the account, preserve evidence, and report the incident to the NCMEC and relevant law enforcement agencies.
為了提供服務，我們收集：帳戶資訊（暱稱、生日、性別）、位置資訊（用於附近匹配）、以及設備權限（相機/麥克風，僅用於視訊）。
To provide our services, we collect: Account Information (nickname, birthday, gender), Location Data (for nearby matching), and Device Permissions (Camera/Microphone, strictly for video calls).
您有權刪除您的帳戶。您可以隨時通過「設置」 -> 「註銷帳戶」提交申請。您的數據將在 30 天內被永久刪除。
You have the right to delete your account. You can request deletion anytime via "Settings" -> "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

請您認真閱讀本協議。一旦會員註冊即表示會員已經閱讀並且同意與此軟件達成協議，完全理解並接受所有的註冊條款。
Please read this agreement carefully. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms of this registration agreement.
申請註冊必須滿足：以戀愛或婚姻為目的；必須是單身狀態（未婚、離異或喪偶）；必須年滿 18 周歲以上。
Conditions for registration: You must intend to use the App for dating or marriage purposes; You must be single (unmarried, divorced, or widowed); You must be at least 18 years of age.
會員應提供真實、正確、最新及完整的資料。若提供虛假資料，本軟件有權暫停或終止該會員的賬號。
Members must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. If false information is provided, the App reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account.
會員有義務保證密碼及帳號的安全。會員應對利用該密碼及帳號所進行的一切活動負全部責任。
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account.
對於利用平台進行非法活動，或其言行背離嚴肅交友目的的，平台將嚴肅處理，包括列入黑名單、屏蔽或刪除帳號。
The Platform will take serious action against any illegal activities or behavior that deviates from the purpose of serious dating, including blacklisting, blocking, or deleting the account.
自動續訂：當您成功購買會籍後，即表示您已接受自動續訂服務。會籍將自動延續並扣費，直至您取消為止。
Auto-Renewal: By purchasing a membership, you agree to the auto-renewal service. Your membership will automatically renew and you will be charged until you cancel.
取消訂閱：您可隨時取消自動續訂。請在會籍結束前至少三天取消。請注意：刪除應用程式或刪除帳戶並不能取消您的自動續訂服務。
Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time. Please cancel at least 3 days before the subscription ends. Note: Deleting the App or your account DOES NOT cancel your auto-renewal subscription.
退款政策：自動續訂服務將持續直到您自行取消，所有已支付之款項將不會退回。
Refund Policy: The auto-renewal service continues until you cancel it. All payments made are non-refundable.
平台不保證服務一定能滿足會員的要求，也不保證服務不會中斷。對服務的及時性、安全性、準確性都不作保證。
The Platform does not guarantee that the service will meet members' requirements or be uninterrupted. No warranty is made regarding timeliness, security, or accuracy.
會員應對上傳的照片、資料內容負責。平台不保證內容的正確性或合法性，相關責任由會員自行承擔。
Members are solely responsible for the photos and information they upload. The Platform does not guarantee the correctness or legality of such content; members bear all related responsibilities.
